Order Form

For the following items if you wish to make an order then simply fill in the form below using the amount shown against the item.

• Basic Windsocks seen in the windsock gallery.

• Silhouette Banners seen in the silhouette gallery.

• Facet Kite seen on the facet page.

• Kites seen in the kite gallery.

• Banners seen in the banner gallery.

For custom items - Banners, Kites and Windsocks sketch your design on a piece of paper or using some suitable software create the design (e.g. Windows Paintbrush) then send it to me, I will then get back to you with a quote.

If you want to pay by cheque (UK only):  print this form and return to me at the address shown. Prices include P&P for UK orders. Delivery is normally within 28 days but if you need it quicker then please let me know and I will see what I can do. All cheques must be made payable to Gill Bloom.  Full payment should be sent with the order.

I can also accept payment via PayPal.  This enables you to pay with your credit or debit card.  If you want to take advantage of this then please send me an email with your order and I will return a PayPal invoice for payment. 

Overseas Orders.  I can only take overseas orders via PayPal.  Please note that for overseas orders there will be an additional charge for postage.  Let me know what you want by email and I will let you know the postage costs.  If you agree to go ahead I will then send a PayPal invoice.
